Why cut frozen meat?
Well, sometimes it’s just a matter of running late or last minute recipe decisions. Other times, it’s a matter of saving money or using your catch a bit at a time. Either way, it is nice to be able to do the job when it is needed.
In this video, I use a hardy slicer and a meat cleaver.

Good video 👍😊
Thanks Kristen. One of my favorite knives!
Good video. Concerned about freezer burn though on the piece you refreeze.
Thanks Laynie! I always recommend patting what’s leftover with a paper towel and then double bagging it. This will help resist freezer burn, however, it WILL eventually come in time with anything that’s in the freezer long enough.
Great Video !!! Thanks for the tips !!!
You bet Karen. Enjoy 😀
Well done! Safety first when cutting frozen foods. You have to apply more pressure thus increasing possibility of injury if knife slips.
You got it Jack. Enjoy 😀
