I think it is a pretty universal notion that eating bread while it’s still warm is a fabulous experience. However, cutting it while it’s still warm, usually isn’t as fun. With a great bread knife, though, it’s as easy as any other cutting job (except for holdng on to the hot bread while you cut it). 🙂
This tool is great for slicing hot or cold breads, cakes, boneless meats, and shredding cabbage and lettuce from the head. In this video, if you look closely, you can even see the steam rising from the bread. Oooh buddy, that’s yummy!
