The Green Dream Salad

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite greens
  • Avocado – cut into pieces
  • Cucumber – peeled and cut into thin slices
  • Pistachios
  • Snap peas
  • Kiwi – peeled and cut into slices
  • Your favorite dressing.  This salad is tasty so you don’t need dressing. Try tossing the greens in lime juice and olive oil.

 

Directions:

  • Heat pan and sauté snap peas
  • Prep all other ingredients
  • Add all ingredients to greens and toss
  • Add snap peas to salad (serve while snap peas are still warm)
  • Serve and enjoy!
