We enjoy our mangos in oatmeal, in a pico or chutney mix to top meats, by itself or in a fruit salad, and in smoothies. There is something about the texture of a mango that makes smoothies creamier.
They are one of the more odd things to cut, though. Hopefully, this video will give you some ideas on how to do just that.
