Pineapple is in our top 10 of favorite fruits, for sure! Canned pineapple is definitely inferior to fresh pineapple. I was at the grocery store once, picking out a pineapple, and another customer said to me, “I love fresh pineapple, but it’s just so hard to cut.”
I knew then that I would put a video up so EVERYONE who loves pineapple as much as I do would know how to cut it, so they can enjoy it. There are two techniques shared in this video.
Tools used: a vegetable knife, sometimes also called a vegetable cleaver, and a trimmer.
