When people choose to buy chicken pieces (already cut), it is usually for one or more of the following reasons: it’s faster, they don’t know how to cut up a whole chicken, or they only like to eat certain pieces.
With good tools and this simple technique, it is quick and easy to cut up a whole chicken. When you buy a whole chicken, the biggest advantages are that you get more for your money, you get all of the different pieces to satisfy multiple people’s favorites, and it tends to be fresher.
