Keep Brownies From Sticking To Pan

This worked even better than I imagined it could!  I’ve always had a hard time with my brownies sticking to the edges of the pan, being hard around the outside, and hard to dig out.  My brownies were never square, because they fell apart or crumbled as I scooped them up.

This was magical.  I ended up with perfect brownies, no bad edges, and no mess to clean up.  What more can a person ask for?

2.  I still put a light mist of oil on the paper – just as you would grease the pan.

5.  Turn paper over and dump brownie square onto cutting board.

6. Use a knife to cut squares or a cookie cutter for designs.  I loved my Slicer for this because I didn’t have to drag it through the brownie.  I could just line it up and push straight down, since the blade was nice and long.
